I was at my Parents' recently fortunately all my siblings were there to visit as well. my parents house have that kind of effect on all, and not only their children.We always want to just come to their house and hangout because the atmosphere in that house is enthralling. And well i have no apologies whatsoever for visiting them as often as i do.

Anyways, we got talking and started people analysis as regards achievements and  journey to success. I got home and did a mental review  of everything said, couple with a few research of my own, then i discovered that Smart people have somethings in common.

 

1.  Love to Read: Give them a good book and you become their ally.
2. Often listen more than they speak: They Soak information to draw an objective conclusion
3.  Deep Thinkers: They ruminate digest and analyse information before presenting a fact
4. Good questioner
5. Don't mind being wrong: they admit when wrong, then go back to make more findings.
6. Not afraid to stand alone: can stand alone on his opinion without a feeling of intimidation.
7. Good observer: They observe and learn.

So i eventually summoned the courage to watch the heart wrenching video of George Floyd, and i was almost reaching out into my phone screen to slap and blow and do whatever it takes to pull up the supposed law enforcement agent off the poor Man as he snuffed life out of him. really it is inhumane and Barbaric and ohhh!!! so disturbing.

Racism is a life long Enemy combating mankind, it is a monster we lend power to invade our world. I read a post on a twitter page and i quote 'My husband goes out everyday and i fear for his Life' what a world? one cannot even guarantee the safety in a land with constitution.

we might not have a voice or should i say our voice might not be loud enough but in our own little way lets keep shouting and do all we can to rid our world of this uninvited monster.

AN INTERESTING STORY OF A WEALTHY KING

There lived a Mighty King in a certain metropolis he has loyal and very happy subjects, this particular king is so wealthy so wise that the once richest and wisest king in the history of mankind paled in comparison to him in wisdom and wealth.

His subjects always perceived themselves lucky to have such a fair and just king, he is a selfless and caring king. He provides his people with all necessary amenities from Technology to Agriculture, Security, Employment opportunities, Good roads etc.

He entered the only Bank in his city one day, and instructed the manager to open an account for everyone in the city including a day old baby no one is exempted. The Manager being a good business man was not willing to pass up this uncommon opportunity quickly went to work, taking the data of everyone and did as the king instructed.

 After all the account has been opened the King went ahead and did the unimaginable and credited every account with huge sums of money (the unmentionable kind of sum) every phone was just receiving the 'pakam' sound of alert. There was so much joy in the city and the king was so happy that he could bring so much joy to his people.

Then on one fateful day the king went on a  business trip and a stranger entered their territory the Stranger was a shrewd and cunning man he came in when he heard what the king did and that he went on a pilgrimage .

So he thought to himself this city is rich with all these wealth and gold flying around, well i have  only one mission to scam the people of their wealth.

The Business world as we know it is evolving, since the intrusion of the dreaded pandemic (Covid-19)
Businesses are shutting down even the giants of the business world are feeling the heat.
But one thing i have personally come to realize is that there is an emergence of the 20th century business innovation for who is willing and able to see the light, especially in the digital world.
In my findings i discovered that space related business are waxing stronger compared to their land related business counterparts.

Look at Zoom for instance got an increase awareness and utilization as it provides opportunities for organizations/groups to hold their meetings and discussions despite the global lock down, the communication industry is another sector that got a BOOM in this pandemic era, cable network is another of  the fortunate few not to mention all social media platforms as they are the only source of interaction and communication in this dispensation.

With these observations i draw my conclusion that if there is anyone whoever doubted the media world taking over, i think the person needs a re-awakening.

Another sector that is thriving and promising is the Agricultural sector. We Africans especially have shun this sector for so long and it used to be our economy mainstay ever before crude oil showed it's  greasily chubby face.

Our economy has suffered a fatal blow and our leaders are not helping matters with their selfishness greediness.I saw a funny post of a friend saying that He wished to God that our oil reserve in Nigeria will dry up so that all ill-intention-ed leaders will leave us alone so we can have genuine people willing to selflessly take the reins of leadership especially in Africa. it sounds funny but i feel the pain of the commentator.

So with these i challenge all well meaning youths to wake up from their slumber and takeover not only in Business world but also in Politics. enough of Grand pa(s) that by now are meant to be resting and 'eating the fruits of their Labor' 😈 ruling us. Let's be Innovative and Inventive
